Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated based upon the automatic checkout form. Rates can be calculated based on several different services and delivery times, such as UPS 3-Day, UPS Ground, USPS Priority, etc. UPS Ground is our standard method of shipment. However, if rush orders are needed just let us know

Items are typically shipped within 1-2 Business Days. UPS Tracking Numbers can be provided upon request.

International Shipping
Here at JoeDavidson.com we do allow international orders.
To determine international delivery rates, you must add the item to your cart and complete the delivery address fields. The amount will be automatically calculated based on your delivery destination and will be displayed in the cart. All prices are U.S. Dollars.
Delivery costs do not include any applicable duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges at the time of delivery.
Standard delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks. Sorry, no next day or rush delivery is available.
Some larger items are not available to for international delivery, so please check each product's description page for complete details.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return instructions included in your merchandise package(s). Ship the item(s) within 60 days of the date on your invoice, in the original package using a carrier that provides tracking services. Upon return we will promptly issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise to you.

To make a return:
- Be sure to save all packing slips and other materials.
- Check the packing slip for a return address and procedures.
- If you need our return address, please check the postage label for an address or check JoeDavdison.com for contact additional contact details.
- Ship all items postage paid and insured. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except when the item is defective.
- If you are returning the item, we will credit your bank account or credit card once your return has been received.
